‘nook’ residential development pops up in Belair, Luxembourg

Discreet residential building ‘Nook’ developed by Solum Real Estate and designed by the renowned architectural firm Christian Bauer Associés arises in Belair, Luxembourg City. The housing structure accommodates a total of six apartments and a duplex with large terraces wrapping around the three sides of the facade. The multi-level construction traces over a corner site, forming organic curves and smooth surfaces. The residences spread out over five units composing a volume made of limestone and adorned with flowing horizontal glass lines and aluminum detailing that stands out in the sought-after neighborhood.

horizontal glass lines split five stacked levels of housing units

The residential development applies limestone plates and aluminum finishings all over the external surface forming five solid volumes that are separated by horizontal glass openings that run along the structure. Set on a prominent corner plot, the building enjoys panoramic views throughout the interior. The residential construction developed by Solum Real Estate arranges two luxury apartments per floor level on both the ground and first floors. In a total of six apartments, one of them, the generous penthouse, is a duplex that boasts large open terraces. All the exterior lines shape organic and smooth forms softening the edges of the housing block and creating a fluid architecture.
